  • An introductory food system and character development program that empowers teenagers to learn more about food and themselves. Each week we will explore a component of food growing and access, a character strength, and gardening skills to know how to grow your own healthy veggies. Sessions will be facilitated by mentors who will guide the bike repair and character development activities.

    Runs fall and spring

  • An in-depth look at agriculture for students interested in working as an apprentice at Mill Village Farms beginning the following summer. Students will do a deep-dive into gardening skills each week, while participating in character building challenges with garden mentors and fellow students. You must complete MVF Seeds to take part in Sprouts.

    Runs in the spring.

Mill Village Farm’s youth program is one development avenue for students within our parent organization, Mill Village Ministries.
