Youth Employment

Work at Mill Village Farms!

Students apprentice at our urban farm
practicing job skills, hard work, and leadership.

Each summer, we hire four youth apprentices who participated in our Spoons & Sprouts class the previous school year.

Gain valuable first-time job training, work experience, and a paycheck!

Working at Mill Village Farms was hard sometimes, and there were definitely hot, sweaty days. But it was also a lot of fun and gave me opportunities to solve problems. I learned skills I can apply for the rest of my life.
