CropStop: A Farm Kitchen
Now introducing CropStop, an innovative microkitchen to incubate new healthy food ventures.
CropStop was made possible through a partnership between Clemson Studio V, College of Charleston, and Boeing, all working together to empower small community farms to bring more local foods into our neighborhoods and schools!
CropStop is an incubator kitchen where youth and community members work together to bring more value to fresh and healthy produce. Whether through flash-freezing, dehydrating, canning, pickling, or even baking, CropStop is a space for curating craft foods with farm-fresh produce. Just as importantly, CropStop serves as a community-hub for educational empowerment classes and a neighborhood gathering place.
